I bought two eyeglasses for me and sister from coolwinks for which they said they will give cashback ****** =₹****,which will come in the bank after ** days of delivery. After waiting some days talked coolwinks to customer care they said they have processed the amount in the respective bank account but even after checking a month the amount has not came in account yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
