Cakesportal - Refund not received merchant cancelled the order

I had placed an order on **th Feb for valentine's day and payment was done successfully and after that I got a mail from the concern company that our agent was not available to deliver the item and will get the refund within **-** days . There was no proper information given on the site and only they are taking the amount after that no customer care number and no support from the team I send mail and no response from there side.As there has been no refund or communication from the merchant, I suspect that this may be a fraudulent transaction.
