On ** February I had booked two separate air tickets on Air India flight from Pune to Chandigarh and paid Rs *** towards cancellation protection plus fees of goibibo for each airticket
On ** May **-** I went to their website and filed a cancellation request for one ticket. After one hour I received message that since they have not given refund in one hour I will be given GoCash of Rs *** for every * hours delay. Next day I filed cancellation request for the other airticket and got a similar message, Till date I have not received any refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
