I have not received the refund from club factory in my paytm account of the order which they canceled from their side saying that it was no longer available. They had refunded the money in dollars instead of indian rupees and when I transferred it to my Paytm account it wasn't reflected. I have told this problem and they told me to wait but it is still not available. The customer support contact number is not being received by them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
