I had placed order on Amazon using Google pay UPI. Unfortunately i cancelled my order then, Amazon initiated the refund and provided me with a refund reference number and asked to call the customer service of my bank i.e HDFC. They said that they not found any refund from amazon. Upon calling Amazon they said they have refunded the amount and also given me a refund reference number to give to the bank as before but the bank isn't helping me out. I'm a student and even a loss of Rs.**** means a lot to me
