I Had Booked A Flight Through Yatra.Com From Blore To Kochi Which Was An Air Asia Flight. However, Air Asia Cancelled The Flight Due To Operational Reasons And Refunded The Amount To My Travel Agent Ie Yatra.Com On **-Dec-****. It Has Now Been More Than ** Days And Im Following Up With Yatra But I Get No Refund From Them. Horrible Customer Service There Is Not Even A Phone Line To Speak To The Customer Care.
