I am Anup Kumar Jana. I have booked a flight through travolook.in on **-**-****. The booking was from HYD to CCU. Date of Journey was on **th July ****.

Immediately after payment for the booking, I received a call from one of their executive and he told, due to problem in generation of PNR they could not book the ticket. My amount will be refunded in * days he added. As I have not recieved the refund after * days, I gace them a call to ****-***-****. They received and said its in process. They told me to wait for another one week. After that day i called them nearly for about ** times and each time they are asking me to wait for another *-** days. Last * days onward they are disconnecting my calls also.
In this regard i would like to seek help from voxya.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
