I had booked one way flight for my mom and dad from gorakhpur to Pune on **th July ****. As soon as I booked the ticket, it went into hold but my money got deducted and few minutes later the booking got cancelled saying the PNR was not generated and all. Since then, I call them every alternate day and have dropped *-* emails but no revert. Every time I call they say there is some issue at payment merchant side and will take *-** working days for refund. Today is * Aug and have not received the amount back. I tried looking for owner but no information available anywhere. It's a hard earned money which they are just trying to take.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
