Travolook - Refund not received from Travolook

On July **th **** I have booked flight on Travolook for the first time. The reference ID is REF*********.
The total amount was Rs ****/- . Right after sometime the booking was cancelled by the reason of "fare expiration". I got a call sometime after on the same day from the company and they told me I would get my refund of Rs ****/- within ** to ** working days. Since then the customer care of Travolook and I have exchanged several emails and call. But till today, **st December ****, I haven't gotten my money back.
