Reliance Digital - Refund not received from reliance digital

On ** march **** I ordered philips air purifier from reliance digital app worth rs *****, it was supposed to deliver to me by ** march **** , as it didn’t deliverd to me by *th april **** so I canceled order on *th april, i was promised that my refund will be processed by ** hours but now its been ** days I haven’t received my refund, i have sent around *** emails to level * and level * customer support of reliance digital but no positive response is given to me, company is not giving me refund and just telling me to wait, my order number is RDF******** and complaint number is COM********
