Oda classes - Refund not received from ODA Class despite cancellation and multiple followups

I had enrolled my daughter in an online course with ODA Class. However, shortly after payment, she expressed a preference for attending physical classes instead. As per ODA Class's refund policy, I canceled the order within the eligible period and requested a refund.
I emailed their support team at support@pigeonedu.com multiple times. On **nd September, I received a response stating that they would check and revert. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails, but there has been no further response from their side.
Their policy mentions a **-day refund processing period, which has already passed. Despite this, they have neither processed the refund nor communicated any update.
I also sent a final warning email stating that I would file a consumer complaint if the issue was not resolved. Even after that, there has been no reply.
This lack of response and delay in refund is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am seeking a full refund and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
