I would like to lodge a complaint against Oda Class for failing to process my refund despite repeated follow-ups and despite my refund request being raised within the applicable refund period. I came across an advertisement on Facebook promoting a *-day Vedic Maths course for a nominal fee of INR **. The advertisement stated that students would be taught Vedic Maths over six days. Finding the offer reasonable, I enrolled my daughter by paying INR **. During the trial classes, the sessions appeared engaging and informative. The teacher, Ms. Surabhi Shetty, repeatedly informed students that those who performed well would be eligible for scholarships. Parents were invited to attend a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on ** May **** to learn about the scholarship opportunities. During the PTM, conducted through the Oda Class application, it was announced that my daughter had qualified for a scholarship. The app displayed a discounted annual coaching program fee of INR **,***, covering Vedic Maths as well as support for the school curriculum. Since the trial program was offered at a nominal fee of INR **, there was naturally a large number of students attending the sessions. However, during the PTM, the teacher represented that students who enrolled during the live session would be part of an "Elite Batch" consisting of only ** students, thereby ensuring greater individual attention and enhanced learning support. Based on these representations and assurances, I enrolled my daughter in the annual program and paid INR **,***. The regular classes commenced on ** May ****. I personally attended and observed the sessions along with my daughter. After attending five classes, I noticed that the teacher never interacted with my daughter or even acknowledged her participation. There were instances where my daughter was present throughout the class but received no engagement from the teacher. Homework assignments were regularly provided, and although my daughter attempted them sincerely, I observed that the teachers appeared to focus their attention on only a limited number of students. Upon closer observation, it became evident that the batch size was significantly larger than what had been represented during the PTM. As a result, meaningful individual attention was not being provided to my daughter despite our repeated attempts to participate, including raising hands and requesting microphone access during the sessions. It became clear that the promises made regarding the Elite Batch and personalized attention were not being fulfilled. I therefore concluded that the program was not delivering the value that had been represented at the time of enrollment. As Oda Class offered a one-week refund policy, I submitted a refund request on the *th day of the program, well within the stipulated refund period. Despite complying with their refund policy and despite multiple email follow-ups over the past month, my refund has still not been processed. The continued delay and lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I believe that the representations made during the enrollment process were misleading and that Oda Class has failed to honor its stated refund commitment. I respectfully request intervention to: Direct Oda Class to process the full refund amount of INR **,*** immediately. Compensate me for the inconvenience, time, and mental distress caused by the unreasonable delay. Ensure that Oda Class follows transparent and fair business practices regarding student enrollment, batch sizes, and refund commitments. I am prepared to provide supporting documents, including payment receipts, enrollment details, screenshots, emails, and refund requests, as evidence of my claim. I request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
