Sushil Kumar Sahoo filed complaint against Travolook on Oct 25, 2021
On **th Aug I booked a ticket (REF*********) for me from Bhubaneswar To Delhi. As soon as I booked the ticket, got an email and call from Travolook that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and I will receive the payment in *-** days, however till now I have not received the refund of Rs. ****/-. Every time I call the customer care, they say you will get your money in * working days as it is processed at their end. It's been more than * months and is now very fraustrating as I am fighting to get back my hard earned money.
Kindly help me in getting my money.
