I haad flight schedule from Blr-Sxr for **th April **** booked via goibibo.com per pnr #: wp*y**and I received email from Indigo airlines saying flight schedule is changed and offered to choose other flight or cancel at no charges on **th March **** with a link to whicH i followed and cancelled and the amount was refunded in full by Indigo airlines to the agency with confirmation email . I cancelled via goibibo.com as per process aswell and It is showing Refund under progress from past ** days and after doing a followup via tweet they are replying saying , we will get youback and some times saying it will refunded as credit note. I had explained them number of times, It was not cancelled by me due to covid reason but becuase fo reschedule with full refund confimration from Airlines.
Fligths which got cancelled from airlines due to covid reason were announced from **th march and I had done cancellation on **th March.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
