I had booked a Indigo Airline ticket through Goibibo for Amsterdam to Mumbai via Istanbul on **th January ****. My travel date was **st May ****. Due to lockdown in view of Coronavirus, Indigo cancelled my flight. Further on ---- Indigo refunded the entire amount of my refund to Goibibo. However, as of today I have not yet received my refund from Goibibo. No one from their end is taking my call either, all I get is an automated telephone reply and an automated whatsapp message claiming that they don't owe me a refund. Indigo has clearly stated in all their email communications that I am fully eligible for a refund from Goibibo.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
