I have placed the order on ** Aug **** and cancelled on same date due to particular design cake was not deliverable by cakesportal. And team was agreed to refund within ** hours but not received any update after several mails from me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
