I cancelled my flight with Akasa on **th April and I was told that I will receive my refund in *-** days but when I didn't receive it, i reached out to Akasa and they again told me to wait for more *-** days and i still didn't receive it so I asked them to give me a fixed date , they said that I'll surely receive it by *th May but still I haven't received it. I belong to a low income family and I've reached out to their social media for the same , I have been really tense about my refund and they keep on delaying it. This amount means a lot to me since I don't earn and I had to cancel due to emergency.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
