On September **, ****, I attempted to book two flights with Akasa Air under PNR numbers B*Y*HT and YBGKJA. Despite a successful transaction of INR **,*** from my bank account, Akasa Air did not confirm my booking nor were any tickets issued. Subsequent attempts to resolve this and secure a refund have only been met with repeated assurances but no concrete action. It has been over a month since the transaction, and the lack of any progress in obtaining a refund has caused me considerable financial strain and mental anguish. I seek a full refund and additional compensation for the distress caused by this unresolved issue.
