NAGA VENKATA SATYA NAIDU VALAVALA filed complaint against Air India on May 20, 2021
Hi,
I canceled my ticket (eTicket# *************) * months back (*n **-Feb-****) and I have NOT received refund yet from Air India.
I have called the customer support couple of times and also sent detailed email to ecommerce@airindia.in to check the status of my refund. but I have not received any response so far.
Air India customer care representatives are NOT knowledgeable about the refund status and not giving precise answer for the delay.
I have waited for ** days for my refund and I cant wait any more on this issue.
I really need help to resolve this issue. I need to pay my credit card bills which have been pending for a long time. Your help would be much appreciated.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
