Air india - Refund not received from Air India since Aug 2021

I booked two tickets (senior citizen) DEL-UDR (Delhi departure **Aug** and Udaipur departure **Aug**), however payment failed. I waited for **-** mins then rebooked. The second time the payment went through and PNR Z*MKK was created.
After sometime, I got another email with PNR H***W, from the failed payment. That's why you will notice that payment details are missing from the attached ticket for this PNR (while payment details are mentioned clearly for the *nd PNR i.e. Z*MKK).
Both PNRs are confirmed and for the same passengers, same journey, same dates..totally alike
I called the Air India helpline after that I got the PNR Z*MKK cancelled. The staff understood my situation and ensured FULL REFUND (also as cancellation was within **hrs from booking time)
No confirmation received so far on Refund amount or Refund transaction
Only * out of ** emails are replied to and without any concrete information
