Aditya Chitlangia filed complaint against Travolook on Feb 28, 2022
I have booked my flight ticket for thiruvananthapuram to ahmedabad on *th feb by name Arvind Chitlangia through a site www.travolook.in but the booking didn't complete and they froze our payment & booking asking for ****-**** Rupees more than showing up on the website to book ticket.When we refused they cancelled it and initiated a refund but its been ** days but we haven't received any refund.
We called them on *th feb, **th feb, **th feb and **th feb on customer care they say it will be refunded in *-* day but its now more than ** days.Now they are saying they initiated a refund on **th feb but it bounced back and it will require another * days which is too much.
Now we contacted them on **th Feb and they are saying we will get refund on *th march
After that, we checked on the internet and looks like many customers are having similar issues with this website and look like this site is running a fraud
Please help me get my refund amount of ₹**** from this site www.travolook.in
