I booked a room on *th of December ****. The booking I'd is (LF*B****). I reached on the Property but they didn't allow me to check in because of low tariff and i faced too many problems. I contacted with your OYO costumer support and asking for my money back (refund) which was ***/- rupee only. The costumer support gave me a confirmation that i will get my money back which was ***/- rupee within *-** working days but still haven't got my money back and it's been a long time upto * months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
