We had booked the tickets for two person on Sunday, Mar **, **** details below:
journey date : ** Jun'****
Brussel - Amsterdam and Amsterdam - Bangalore
Booking Id: RMDWLZB*D
Airline : JetAirways
Later on **th April Airline stopped working and asked us to cancel our tickets.
We got the ticket cancelled by Goibibo as they were not willing to provide any alternative flight and got an email saying we are eligible for full refund.
Now, its been one year and if we call customer care of goibibo with this reference number, we just get information saying they are still working with jet airways.
The status on goibibo site says refund in progress but the status has not been changed for last one year.
