ARPIT RUNGTA filed complaint against Yatra.com on Jun 17, 2020
I was supposed to travel from Mumbai to Ranchi on **.**.**** via GoAir flight. however, the flight was cancelled by the airlines (screenshot attached herewith).
GoAir is not giving any reply. And, Yatra.com is denying me refund of the amount paid by me for the flight ticket, i.e. Rs. **,*** saying that they have not received refund in their agency account for the captioned PNR.
I do not understand that how is it my responsibility to co-ordinate with GoAir when Yatra.com is the "Agent" for the flight booking!!
Kindly provide me refund of Rs. **,*** at the earliest.
