Air India and Happy Easy Go - Refund not received for flight cancelled due to COVID 19

Booked Air India tickets worth INR **,*** from Mumbai to Delhi for *th May ****. Owing to COVID ** and travel restrictions, the flight was cancelled by the airlines. Per press reports, the airlines has promised full refund for flights cancelled due to COVID. However, despite umpteen follow-up attempts via email and phone since June, the status of my refund is unknown. Airlines does not respond to my emails. Customer care executives on phone are unaware of refund status as they claim refunds are handled by another department (ecommerce department). Ecommerce department are unreachable (their phone id either engaged or no one answers). By filing this complaint, I would like to expedite the process of getting a refund.
