Air India and Happy Easy Go - Air India not refunding the ticket charges for cancelled flight

On ** May I booked for * persons from Kolkata to Delhi on ** May through website www.happyeasygo.com. However on **.**.**** received message from Air India that flight has been cancelled. I have contacted customer care for airlines and travel agency as per their guidance selected to refund option. Since then contacted to Air India and Happyeasygo but refund of the ticket amount is still pending. the Status shows "refunding". Please help.
