Baishali Das filed complaint against Air India and Happy Easy Go on Oct 30, 2021
It started with booking a Air India Flight ticket via a *rd party vendor site-Happy Easy Go. I have attached the ticket details. It was booked on Sat, ** May ****. Due to covid situation, during lockdown as there were no flights running the ticket got cancelled. Happy Easy go informed us that it can be re-scheduled within *-** months within the same source to same destination.
This year when I tried to re-schedule it they were charging more than ****/- for the same flight. Whereas if I book for other flights they were hardly charging around ****/-. So I decided not to re-schedule as they were charging more.
Later this year in the month of June I decided to cancel all things get my refund back.
They asked me to wait for ** days so get the refund directly to my account.
It's been more than *** days I am waiting still no output.
Happy Easy go says: Its depends on the Air India, when they will issue a refund we will forward you.
Air India says: You go and contact Happy Easy Go as you have booked your ticket from there.
Please help me to get my refund back.
