Sanjeet Vikram Singh filed complaint against Goibibo on Dec 2, 2017
On the morning of **st October I tried booking a ticket to Bangalore on Goibibo. The payment succeeded but I didn't get a ticket. Then in the evening I booked another ticket which was confirmed. I called them to get a refund for the payment I made in the morning and what has followed since then has been a nightmare. I have called customer service more than **-** times. I have sent them photos of my passbook. I have sent the details of UPI transactions and I have waited patiently for days. Then on **th November I talked to a customer care executive whose name I don't remember, who finally assured me that my transaction was being refunded. He told me he had made all necessary inquiries and had started the process.
A few weeks later I was told that the refund was still under process and if I don't receive my money by the **th I should call back.
I called back today and was told they couldn't find my transaction. Again.
They asked me for my details and I waited on the phone for almost an hour and then I was told that I made no payment.
I was asked to repeat the entire procedure again. The customer service team has been a real disappointment and I am sure I will never be using this service again.
Also since all modes of conversation have failed I am posting on Facebook because I'd really like my money back. Which my bank told me has been deposited with Goibibo. Which the UPI vendor says is in the Goibibo account. Which their customer representatives accepted was received.
I'd really like my money back and I'd request that you stop harassing loyal customers. Thanks.
