I have purchased policy for my new Car Kia Seltos, and below is my case:
*) Before taking policy, I was told there are lot of cashless garage available, However at the time of claim I called *-* garages and they denied the cashless thing because the company has not paid there dues, therefore I took my car to Kia service centre as it was the nearest one and had to pay from my own pocket
*) After ** days, car got repaired, I myself completed all the documentation and, i have been told it will take maximum **-** to refund my claim amount, however its been more than ** days and I haven't gotten the refund back. Gotten excuses like payment gateway is not working (seriously?).
