Vikas Tiwari filed complaint against Air India on Feb 5, 2023
Dear sir/madam,
I have booked my Air ticket using paytm UPI and due to its cancelled from there side Air India is saying they have refunded it and so
I was expecting refund in my Bank account from Air India, but I didn't receive yet. On inquiring from the airline, I found out, they already refunded my money on **th November **** and the transaction number provided by them is: ***BO*****CWQ.
It's been months now and I haven't received my money yet. I am attaching my flight tickets for your reference, which I booked on **th April ****, for INR **,***. Please look into the matter and help me get my money back.

Kindly look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.
