Refund not received for cancelled order – Savana

Complaint Details:
I placed an order with Savana (Order ID: S*********************). The order was cancelled, and Savana confirmed via email that a refund of ₹**** was initiated on **th August **** with Refund Reference Number (RRN) ********.

However, the refund has not been credited to my bank account. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that no such transaction has been received on this RRN.

I have repeatedly requested Savana to provide the UTR number or valid transaction details so my bank can trace the refund, but they have not responded.

This shows negligence and lack of proper support, causing me financial and mental stress.

Relief Sought:

Immediate refund of ₹**** to my account.

Written confirmation of refund status.
