I canceled award booking ticket with pnr : uxyfdp on Nov **th, ****. As per policy, I am eligible for full refund of taxes of Inr **** paid for the ticket. While Jet staff says the refund is already processed on Nov **th, I am yet to receive any refund in account (Amex card). Amex says no refund is credited by Jet while Jet says they have already processed and cant do anything more. I have all the documentation required but company keeps sending automated mails
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
