OLA ELECTRIC - refund not received for advance payment made to OLA electric against order of scooter which had to b

i ordered ole electric S* just model for *****/-..then ola asked *****/- towards RTO+INSURANCE+DELIVERY CHARGES+REGISTRATION which was paid by me.OLA confirmed scooter dispatched. When not received ola said that model out of stock and suggested i go in for next higher model for *****/- extra which was paid by me. Next day ola asked *****/- more for the same-- At this point i cancelled my order and requested full refund. Ola cancelled order on ** oct **** and confirmed *-** working days refund would happen.I keep sending mails no response--they say they are working hard for refund.Ola can not be reached by phone now and my refund getting delayed. total refund *****/-
