i have ordered few products from JIOMART on July **nd and this was never delivered to my location saying containment, from the now it is more than month i didnt get my refund amount back, i have written multiple emails and raised multiple complaints. Still i didnt get my money back.
More than money i am really frustrated how bad the customer care not responding my issue, every time i send an email i get an auto response no a=other update.
i talked to representative multiple time and all time i get same response. But no refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
