I had ordered a Shirt of here&now and cancelled the product on next day for incorrect address. it has been * days since then and I have not received my refund. The customer representative escalation cell manager Shobhit Sharma has been providing abstract timelines of ** hours from past * days. I am frustrated as how come a million dollar industry is not able to refund the amount of a customer for a cancelled product. They have been sitting on my money for past * days and the follow ups are tiring as it is. They are not even polite or humble about it as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
