I cancelled a business class international ticket from Delhi to Vancouver on **th July **** and I have not received refund yet. I have contacted customer care support multiple times and sent emails but have not received proper response or remediation. They say that the refund is initiated from their end in August **** but I don't see any transaction or refund in my bank account. I have also sent them a copy of my bank statement to prove the same.
I even got in touch with the escalation department after trying for * months on Nov **, **** and they promised they will get back to me about the status of my refund on Nov **th, **** but I haven't heard back from them at all.
I am tired of having to spend hours and hours explaining my problem and waiting on hold without getting any response or remediation. I have booked a business class ticket but the customer service experience I have received so far has been abysmal.
