Bata India Limited - Refund not received even after 2 months

Product delivered from Bata Online order was not up to the mark. Product seemed used / old hence they were returned due to quality issues. Initially Bata as like always had a glitch in their system and was not ready to show order as delivered even after * week of its delivery. Without having the status as Delivered an ordered cannot be returned. After a long follow up they marked it as delivered. When return was successfully delivered to them on *-Sep-** it was then not marked as returned. Again after a long follow and showing them the proof of return pickup, they marked it as delivered and since then Its a month now I have been following up to get my Refund... Even after multiple calls to their cust care and Emails, the Refund amount has not been issued.
I want to Escalate the Issue To Their Higher Management to look at how buggy and useless their system is....
