I had booked a room through oyo app after arriving at hotel I was told there were no rooms available so I have to cancel my booking and look for another place. So I appealed for refund, as per their policy it should be refunded in * to ** working days but it's been more than * months now . Their help line is useless calls won't get connected and if they receive their executives just hung up or put call on mute and never reply back . OYO is scaming it's customers . I made my payment through Google pay and took screenshots of it just incase for this situation.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
