I have canceled my booking on September ** it's been nearly ** days and I haven't received the refund yet. I have contacted on the customer care number too but haven't received it.
They said the maximum days I have to wait would be ** days, but it's nearly ** days today. Tried calling the customer service many times, but they keep me on hold while doing something at their end that too for too long and still till this date I haven't received the amount.
There were * transactions for Rs ****(total ****) :-
I sent on a expired link on paytm and other on the correct one ; the booking person from oyo side told me that it would take some time to get my refund.
I received Rs**** but till Rs **** is left.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
