Ajio - Refund not received despite of order cancellation before delivery

I Dear Sir,

I have ordered a Arrow Textured Slim Fit Bandhgala Jacket vide order ID FL********** from Ajio Mobile App on **-**-**** and paid the amount through Mobikwik Wallet, which was to be delivered at designated address at Hisar. Initially, It was showing that product will be delivered on **-**-***. However, due to delay in delivery and I have to go out of station before the date of delivery. Therefore, I have cancelled the order before it was delivered. Later after **-**-**** it start showing that product delivered on **-**-****, though I have not received the product and even I was not expecting because I have already cancelled. Also, while I click on delivered product to see more details. It is still showing that product cancelled and no option of cancel, track or refund is working in app. But I am yet to receive the amount in my Mobikwik account. Also, I mailed them whole issue on customercare@ajio.com, but to no avail. Also, I tried to call customer care number, it keeps unlimited time waiting. You are requested to please look into the matter and deposit the amount back in my mobikwik wallet.
