Shoponn - Refund not received but was updated as given

I have ordered one feature phone (Lava grand)on **th september on www.shoponn.in website and after making the payment it shows the product would be delivered on **st Sep ****..I had tried through mail since there were no progress/update till **st then I cancelled my order due to no update/contact no/customer care details in website. Later on received a mail from them for my account details to refund the money. Requested details provided .after four days again they asked beneficiary name to refund .post that no updates for the past two weeks but still the site is accessble and up to date with recent products like iphone x , * in the banner ..Wondering how they are running the e-commerce site without detailed information about them. there were no contact/address/customer care no...generic details only there.
