Shoponn - Order Cancelled But Refund Not Received

Complaint : Kindly note that * orders consisting of few items were placed with Online Portal Shoponn on **-**-****. Against all items * days shipping was mentioned . Accordingly orders were placed by paying by Credit Card in advance. On **-**-**** party informed that items can not be dispatched due to continuing Lockdown. Its a clear case of cheating by Shoponn. Stern action needs to be taken against the party. I Due to failure of party in dispatching the items, I cancelled the orders and requested for refund of advance payment. I also brought the matter in the knowledge of Consumers Forums and Maharashtra Consumer Help line actively took the matter with Shoponn. Today Shoponn informed that items are dispatched, despite of my cancellations of orders. I have already purchased items from the local sources as these were needed during lockdown. I am Senior Citizen of ** years age and not have stepped out of my home since **-**-****.I need my payments back. Request your kind self to help me.
