Shoponn - Wrong package delivered refund denied by Shoponn

The company is a fraud. I have ordered Sparx ss-*** with a colour combination of dark grey and florescent green. I received the call form support team. They told me that the colour combination is not available. I asked them to cancel the order as I am paying an extra amount on Shoponn just for this colour combination
Next day, I received the product with the wrong colour combination. I completely disappointed me. When I connected with customer care they asked me to send the proof. After dropping the mail and several follow-ups they responded to me saying they cannot refund me as it is against their policy. It is not about the money but all mental stress, my time and the rudeness of the Shoponn support team landed me here to launch the complaint.
