Yatra.com - Refund not received and reversed to yatra axis bank account of Rs 1883

My bank representative called me today and confirmed that Yatra.com Processed Refund Amount for Rs.**** dated.**-**-**** to my bank account but the chargeback window closed due to certain reasons and the amount has been reversed to beneficiary bank account. i.e. Yatra Axis bank account.

Rs.**** has been reversed to your Axis Bank Account.

Please check your side bank statement for the reversed amount of Rs.**** and please proceed to refund money to my bank account.
