Goibibo - Refund not received and part refund taken back

It is with reference to my domestic flight cancellation. The customer care told me that they cannot refund the entire amount and since it was a technical error from their end so they refunded only **% of refund amount in the form of non promotional Go Cash which means that I can use the cash for my future booking with no limitation on usage or validity. The Go Cash was also reversed soon the very next day. I am following up since ** days now. It is very frustrating for a consumer to follow for such issues. Attached are all proofs required.
