Red Bus - Refund not received and customer care is not responding at all

I tried booking through redbus twice on *rd November **** but both of the times amount was deducted and ticket was not issued. First time amount was deducted from my amazon pay balance and second time from my account. I got refund from my second time but for my amazon pay transaction didn't. And i have been trying to get in touch with them from past ** days but my call is never connected to their customer care executive as the waiting music keeps on playing forever and moreover when i tried reaching them from app they doesn't even responded. The ticekt was of *** of which ** were deducted from redbus wallet and *** from amazon pay. And i have been writing to them from past ** days but a single call or mail i have received yet.
