Dear Sir,
I have paid for Rs.**** to Yatra.com on dated.**-**-**** via Reference No. ************ for Hotel Booking.
Hotel Booking Cancelled from my side on dated.**-**-****.
Refund Amount for Rs.**** Processed from Yatra.com on dated.**-**-**** as per same reference number.
Yatra.com provided Refund Transaction ID is Pay_G*G*r*AwJuYfJH.
Original Reference Number and Refund Reference Number are the same in my case.
Please note that, till date I don’t have received amount of Rs.**** in my bank account. i.e. **-**-****.
Lastly, Yatra.com not able to help me .
