Air India Jaipur-Delhi Flight No. AI-*** got cancelled. PNR No. : YVSMG Ticket No. : ************* Seat No. *F. Flight was cancelled by Airlines due to that I could not travel. Since *th July following up with Goibibo and not getting any support. More than ** mails sent and *** calls made but no response from Goibibo. By now I have not received refund of my money Rs. ****. Since, the cancellation was from airlines end money has to be returned automatically in my account. Have paid the same via my Citibank Credit Card. Please help me to get this money.
