I booked flight from Dehradun to mumbai for **th june ****. Flight got cancelled due to lockdown. When i asked customer care to refund money, they told we are waiting from airline to get refund and as soon we get it will credit into your account. When i asked Air India, they told that we have released refund, you contact your booking agent i.e. goibio
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
