Goibibo and Air India - Refund not Received

I booked the Air India flights on **th Feb **** to travel from London-Delhi (**th March), Delhi-Mumbai-London (**th April) on https://www.goibibo.com/. Because of the lockdown, Air India cancelled the flights and when I contacted the customer care of Goibibo, they told me that I do not have to worry since I am entitled to a full refund since airline itself has cancelled the flights. On **th March, I received an email from Goibibo that my full refund has been initiated. I was waiting for the refund but did not receive it.
I was told by Goibibo that they have not received the refund from Air India.
My concern is that since I did not cancel the ticket on my own, I should get a full refund in my bank account (which they also promised). Even after contacting goibibo and Air India , I am not getting any resolution.
